This is a remote position available in Costa Rica, Mexico or Argentina. You will report to a Global IT Service Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of defining engineering practices that promote Build Quality In mindset
• Capable of driving incremental improvements leading to increased customer satisfaction
• Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / Zero defects in Production.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be well versed with standard ALM tools like Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple scrum teams
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

Qualifications:

• Must have 10+ years of experience in people, process & SAP technology-focused roles.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Previous experience leading scrum ceremonies
• Certified Scrum Master (ideal)
• Expert knowledge in Agile Process – Scrum, Lean, Kanban & SAFe.
• Knowledge on SAP technologies.
