Requirements:
- 1 years of experience required.
- Linux experience
- Strong customer advocacy and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research problems and document their solutions
- The ability to analyze and determine the most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing applicable internal resources
- An ability to manage time efficiently, balancing competing priorities
- Hands on experience with VMware products is highly preferrable
- Experience with operation and administration of large Windows Server and Desktop Environments
- General Understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technologies
- An innate desire to work on difficult problems and learn new systems
- Basic understanding of system administration in a Linux, Apache, MySQL environment
- Understanding of relational databases and knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to the basics of Enterprise-class product development: comfort with process and tools including bug tracking, IDE's, compilers, debuggers, profilers, version control systems, code coverage tools, automated testing tools, usability
- Extensive experience delivering code into production cloud applications in a team environment, you will report to the team itself.
