We believe content is the connective tissue of design, tying desired outcomes to meaningful experiences. We speak as strategic leaders who bridge design, technology, and business to deliver a human-centered approach for our clients and their customers. We're deep in technology, strategy and creative. We need a versatile, experienced, mid-career content producer/CMS author who can provide content publishing in large volumes for existing client platforms or support large enterprise content management systems (CMS) migration projects. Whether existing or migrating, our content clients require producers able to optimize, maintenance, and govern content in an omni-channel landscape.
Responsibilities
- Accurately author/publish content in CMS systems on behalf of clients
- Use HTML and CSS to resolve publishing issues as needed
- Support content governance by providing monthly and quarterly reviews of content for brand and digital rights compliance
- Find and resolve large volume of content bugs using an intake ticketing system like JIRA or Asana
- Recognize problems with underlying information organization and recommended solutions
- Audit content types found on websites, shared drives, social channels or anywhere else clients may be storing valuable assets.
- Report on audit findings and content problems using Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- Participate in content mapping, content clean-up and process and workflow mapping activities during large content migrations
Required Skills
- Detail orientated and excellent English proofreader, able to spot issues in tone and voice that writers and editors may have missed
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Expertise in Magento catalogue management, Oracle BCC and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience authoring in enterprise content management systems such as AEM, Sitecore, Highspot, Siesmic, etc.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a production team
- Familiarity with headless/structure content concepts and how CMS, DAM, PIM and API systems work together to deliver content to consumers
- Strong technical acumen and natural curiosity for what's next in content management practices
- (Desired) Ability to communicate audit findings and recommendation via PowerPoint or similar slideware tool; ability to map and model content using digital whiteboard tools like Visio, Miro or Lucidchart
- Showcases eagerness for feedback and a growth-focused mindset
- Adjusts quickly to changes in project direction or priority
