Role and Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations for the telecom collections process.
Ensure achievement of collection targets and adherence to SLAs.
Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance to Team Leaders, and drive operational excellence.
Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Analyze process metrics, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to senior management.
Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Key skills & knowledge:
2–3 years in a managerial role with experience in telecom collections in contact centre
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and collection systems.
Ability to handle client interactions and manage escalations effectively.
Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline .
