What The Admin Will Do

  • Support the current Salesforce team in their management and handling of user Support tickets

  • Good experience on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

  • Support internal users by troubleshooting and solving business problems within Salesforce

  • Assist internal users with data management queries

  • Assist internal users in creating reports and dashboards

  • Manage Salesforce users, their access and permissions

  • Communicate effectively with the business on queries raised

  • Provide testing support for solutions being developed by the Salesforce team

  • Learn about internal business processes with a view to supporting the continuous improvement of Salesforce

What The Admin Should Have

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201)

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • A good working knowledge of Flows

  • Strong experience with Data Loader, and a conscientious approach to data management

  • Confidence with all aspects of Salesforce’s security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, etc.)

  • A clear and effective communication style

Nice-to-Haves (but not Essential)

  • Any other Salesforce certifications 

  • Experience using and debugging Process Builder and Flow

  • Specific experience working in a Helpdesk Support role
