Technical Support Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls in German.

  • Handling app.

  • Registering customer requests and building the right relationship with them.

  • Diagnosing and resolving accepted requests.

  • Entering data into the system.

  • Ensuring high quality of customer service. 

The main skills we are looking for are:

  • B2/C1 language skills level for German and B2 language skills level for English.

  • Good use of PC.

  • Customer orientation and attention to detail.

  • High problem-solving capacity.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in customer service.

  • Knowledge of networking technologies.

  • Experience in sales.
