Specialist, Customer Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential (BANT / MEDDICC framework)

• Conduct discovery calls and product presentations tailored to corporate clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing

• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging

• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

Minimum Requirements - Must Have:

At least 12 months of outbound sales experience
At least 6 months of cold-calling experience
HS / SHS Graduate
Strong communication skills - CSVAR High B2 and above
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling and high-rejection environment; must be resilient and target-driven
Strong objection handling and probing skills

Experience dealing with business owners or decision-makers is preferred

Preferred Profile - Strong Preference:
1-2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
Proven cold-calling and prospecting background
Experience in any of the following:
Lead Generation / Prospecting
Appointment Setting
Merchant Acquisition
Industry background in any of the following is highly preferred: SaaS, Telecommunications, Digital Advertising, Logistics, or BPO Outbound Sales
