Job Summary:
The Concentrix VOC Analytics team specializes in providing businesses with critical answers to guide their path. Using a variety of data collection methodologies underpinned by the latest data science, our team captures the voice of the customer across the lifecycle.
As a Customer Insights Data Analyst, you have the unique opportunity to work on voice of the customer research for leading companies across a number of industries. Working in a team environment, you will participate in fast-paced projects and build expertise in client management skills, data analytics, and customer experience design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As well as the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and tell a compelling story with the data.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Create compelling stories that address business questions based on voice of the customer and other customer experience data
Client Consultation:
- Understand the clients’ customer experience opportunities and take responsibility for planning analyses that answer, ‘what to do' and ‘why’
- Consult with clients to identify key business questions and data needs and translate these into analytic insights
- Present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
Data Visualization:
- Prepare charts, tables, and diagrams (primarily in Power Point) to assist in analysis of business questions based on survey data
- Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools a plus
Statistical Acumen/Aptitude:
- Expertise in understanding and interpreting statistical concepts such as key driver modeling and segmentation
- Effectively communicate technical data science and analysis in a way that business owners understand
- Have a working knowledge of how to manipulate and analyze data in R or Python
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams, both internally and within clients’ organizations
- Own client discussions and delivery of presentations
- Function independently with little intermediate supervision of assigned tasks prior to completion
Innovation and Research:
- Propose innovative approaches to data analysis and problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences, market research, business analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, market research/voice of the customer experience or related experience in quantitative analysis.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience working with generative AI, particularly LLMs
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The base salary for this position is $80,217 – 114,596 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
