Role Overview

The MOSA Partner for Converged Communications delivers advanced communication solutions, supports Microsoft customers with technical expertise and proactive services, manages strategic relationships, and ensures compliance, security, and operational excellence. This role operates under the Microsoft Outsourced Services Agreement (MOSA) framework.

Description of Role

  • Key technical resource for the customer.
  • Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance.
  • Join a highly motivated team of leading industry experts.
  • Gain early access to emerging technologies ahead of industry peers and acquire insights on leveraging them effectively.
  • Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise (travel may be expected for onsite deliveries).

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.

  • Maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness.
  • Exhibit excellent communication abilities and consistently cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with customers to earn their trust.
  • Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
  • Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports

  • Experience with Migrations to Microsoft Teams, including Phone and Rooms.
  • Deep troubleshooting skills with Teams Phone and media optimization.
  • Track record of supporting customer digital transformation delivering enterprise-grade Teams solutions.
  • Experience delivering proactive services, such as workshops and technical assessments.

Role Requirements

  • SC Security Clearance.
  • Fluent English oral and written communication.
  • Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
