Associate Director of Operations – Onsite – South Africa

About the Role:
As an Associate Director of Operations, you will own the operational performance, leading teams to deliver industry-leading customer service and achieve our business objectives. You will ensure that best practices are optimized across all work streams, managing budgets, and developing key account objectives. You'll also play a crucial role in supporting recruitment, training, quality, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize operations to deliver top-notch service and achieve business goals.
Manage budgets and operational metrics to support financial and business objectives.
Lead recruitment and team development to foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with framework standards and policies.
Act as the key point of contact with clients and stakeholders across regions.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior Operations Manager role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Expertise in either retail or financial services sectors.
Proven experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
