- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: In-depth knowledge of HR, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner and substantial experience in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Romanian, both spoken and written.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional people management abilities with an empathic, approachable, and open personality.
- Confidentiality: Capable of managing sensitive cases with discretion.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate a change-oriented mindset.
Candidate Profile
- 2 - 4 Years of Experience
- University Degree Preferred
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Working knowledge of labor relations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment
- Strong attention to detail
