Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Architect to lead the design and user experience strategy
for enterprise and consumer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep
expertise in user-centered design principles with strong technical acumen to deliver
intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the UI/UX architecture for web and mobile applications, ensuring
consistency and scalability across platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business
requirements into engaging user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other industry-
standard tools.
Establish and enforce design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design
decisions.
Mentor and guide design teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and innovative
approaches.
Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve
user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or
related field.
Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory), plus experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or
similar tools.
Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards
(WCAG).
Proven ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to technical
and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design feasibility
discussions.
Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven design
decisions.
Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design principles.
