What you'll be doing:
- Leverage strong analytical skills and independent judgement to interpret moderately complex goals, identify trends, assess risks, and pinpoint areas for improvement through the collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics and actionable conclusions.
- Maintain and ensure the integrity and accuracy of reports, dashboards, and presentations, enabling the business to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and solutions to support client-facing teams, optimize efficiencies, and contribute to business success.
- Manage projects and tasks of moderate complexity independently. Complexity may vary based on factors such as client size, data sources, reporting structures, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders — including Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Client Teams — to ensure high-quality, reliable data is available for reporting and business insights.
- Develop and deliver data-driven insights, forecasts, and recommendations in clear, impactful presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders for planning, forecasting, and business analysis, ensuring a thorough understanding of client expectations and business priorities.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills, confidently responding to questions and providing clarification during client and internal meetings.
- Work independently on routine assignments while seeking guidance on more complex matters when necessary.
- This is a Remote position, with a standard working hours M/F 09:00 - 18:00.
What we're looking for:
- Very proficient knowledge of reporting and analysis tools, including Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Proficient knowledge of domain languages such as SQL Query, HIVE QL, and familiarity with OLTP/OLAP data structures.
- Ability to apply moderately complex statistical methods (e.g. deviations, quartiles) for meaningful analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive, communicative, and flexible individual with strong problem-solving abilities, presentation skills, and a drive to think creatively and outside the box.
