About the Role

As an Innovation Consultant, your expertise will help B2B clients align their people, processes, and technology with a business strategy that ensures future success. You’ll proactively work with clients, sales, and delivery teams to design and implement innovative solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-enabled Conversational Bots, Sales and Marketing Automation, Analytics (Speech, Text, and Predictive), and Lead Management Optimization.

Based on the client's strategic objectives, your focus will be on improving sales, conversion rates, and overall B2B customer experience by reshaping sales processes, optimizing the customer journey, and using enabling technology effectively. As a trusted business advisor and change agent, you'll identify the capabilities that create a competitive advantage, which may come from process improvements, technology adoption, or organizational enablement.

Using best practices, benchmarking, and consultative tools, you’ll identify, align, and enhance the factors that affect B2B performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve crafting comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations tailored to B2B business models.

Responsibilities:

- Co-innovate with B2B clients: Collaborate to design transformation roadmaps that improve B2B sales, conversions, and customer experiences.

- Support sales and delivery teams: Partner with internal sales and delivery teams to identify opportunities, problem-solve, and drive business growth in B2B engagements.

- B2B Process Discoveries: Conduct detailed process discoveries and Customer Journey Mapping focused on sales funnel optimization and lead conversion.

- Innovative Solution Development: Design and implement solutions addressing people, process, and technology gaps, including sales automation, AI-driven lead management, and personalized customer engagement.

- Lead Client Engagements: Manage innovation-related discussions with B2B clients during pre-sales meetings, client orals, due diligence, site visits, business reviews, and consulting engagements.

- Sales Funnel Optimization: Identify and streamline inefficiencies in the B2B sales funnel, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversions, using automation and analytics tools.

- Monitor Results & Impact: Work closely with project management, IT, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and track business outcomes.

- B2B Technology Identification: Stay updated with emerging technologies that can enhance sales and customer experience in B2B contexts, such as CRM systems, ERP integration, and AI-driven sales forecasting.

- Enhance Existing Offerings: Contribute to improving existing technology solutions by refining product backlogs, supporting proof-of-concept (POC) development, and driving product innovation.
