The Catalyst Team is seeking a Change Manager to join our full-time team as a full-time employee.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise and preferably Indirect Channel Sales.
- Experience in delivering change management programs for Sales based organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Change Management or Business Management.
- A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional.
- Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach.
- An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling.
- Proven track record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently.
Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools, and innovative and cutting-edge best practices.
Responsibilities:
6+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise and preferably Indirect Channel Sales.
Experience in delivering change management programs for Sales based organizations.
Familiar with programs and initiatives for the areas of Finance, Compensation, and IT.
Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting-edge best practices.
Proven track record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently.
Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach.
