Looking for a Salesforce Developer that can demonstrate solid technical skills blended with a value-to-business mindset. We need someone with a consistent record of using cross-industry standard methodologies to design, develop and deploy scalable solutions to ensure we are improving efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce platform. This is a remote opportunity available in Argentina, Costa Rica or Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy key business impacting Salesforce features and applications, including but not limited to coding Apex components, designing new workflows, new objects, and customizing CPQ modules.
- Collaborate and consult with internal partners to ensure design and functionality of the platform is driving efficiency and value for the Sales Organization
- Provide recommendations for process and application improvements utilizing standard methodologies for Salesforce, data management and governance.
- Develop clear end-user and partner business requirements and specifications that help inspire change and drive user adoption in support of a rapidly growing Salesforce environment.
- Document and maintain processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users.
- Keep up to date on new Salesforce and 3rd party application products, features and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business issues.
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth.
- Proactive communication of technical problems and needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or team lead depending on severity and business needs.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years intense Salesforce experience in Salesforce.com administration, analysis, and development in SFDC orgs with 300+ end users
- Data Loader, de-dupe tools (Demand Tools)
- 1+ years of experience working with CPQ and CLM (Contract Management) is a must
- Working experience of Adobe Echosign or similar eSignature tools
- 2+ years working experience of SFDC lightning
- Working experience of 3rd party integrations and Appex change packages
- Experience running projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Hands-on experience on Apex, VisualForce, Triggers, Process Builder
- Hands-on experience on Java, JQuery or JavaScript would help.
- Familiar with using the Salesforce APIs SOAP, REST, BULK, METADATA
- Familiar with CI/CD architecture (Illuminated Cloud, Click Deploy, GITHub, Jenkins)
Technical Skills
- 2+ years with Salesforce Apex, VisualForce, Flows and CPQ
- Hands on experience with Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment – CI/CD (Copado/ClickDeploy, GitHub or similar tools)
- SSO (Azure AD or similar tools)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field required, however equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
- Industry relevant certifications are highly desired, but not required
