It’s hard to believe that I’ve just celebrated my 18th birthday with Concentrix. Originally, I was only supposed to stay a few months!
What made me stay? It’s hard to list all the reasons. There are so many: The Group’s culture, the diversity of challenges, learning new skills and, above all, the people we work with on a daily basis – they make all the difference.
And let’s not forget the career opportunities, which have enabled me to rise through the ranks to my current position as Projects and Delivery Director in charge of Travel and Mobility in Morocco.

The days… the years follow each other, but they don’t resemble each other! That’s how I’d describe my 18 years with Concentrix.
I joined the company as a sales consultant, and have progressed through several different positions, both in Morocco and elsewhere.
I’m currently a multi-country operations manager, and my role is to help customers develop their operations and provide the necessary support to production teams. Continuing to challenge yourself and others is the best way to develop your career.
