The Employee Value Proposition is the value we provide our people as a reward for their talent and contribution to our business. The EVP contains competitive, differentiated, and unique elements and is a practical implementation of the employer’s vision and brand in tangible and intangible value for the employees. Pay, benefits, and career development are common examples of an EVP, but technology, remote or hybrid work, and flexibility are equally important for our people.
Our goal for our people is for them to feel valued and recognized. Together, we strive to create a positive environment. On a regular day as a game-changer, you might grab a coffee with a colleague, solve a client’s biggest challenge, learn a new skill through the company’s training opportunities, or celebrate your team’s wins.
How do you feel? It’s a simple question. But it’s not always a simple answer. We get it and we’ve got you covered. It’s everything from mental health-trained team members to confidential programs and apps that help you manage your wellbeing. Sometimes happiness takes work. And we want you to have every ounce of support you need to feel good inside and out.
Concentrix values and encourages feedback in the workplace. We focus on promoting transparency among our teams, and we strive to create an authentic environment where everyone’s contribution and suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

We believe in everyone’s potential, so that’s why we are sometimes flexible with the job requirements as long as you share our values.

Impact sourcing is the practice by which companies hire and provide career development opportunities to individuals from marginalized communities. This is more than a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative and rather a business model that can help organizations meet and exceed their quality and staffing objectives. By employing people who have limited opportunities, often from low-income areas, companies can contribute to the well-being of their businesses, people, and local communities. Concentrix is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and welcomes employees from all walks of life.
We appreciate your interest in making a donation and supporting our initiatives. Your contribution helps us to extend our programs to more unprivileged workers and, therefore, gift them a second chance at a working future. We have designed a quick, secure, and seamless online donation process. You first select in which country you’d like us to support NGOs. Then you make a one-off or monthly (recurrent) payment. If you wish to donate or just spread the word, please visit our Think Human Foundation website.

DE&I refers to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is a phrase that broadly defines the efforts an organization takes to create a more welcoming, authentic environment for all its people. At Concentrix, we love the things that make you unique. That’s because DEI is in our DNA. We’re a difference-celebrating, people-empowering, and pride-filled kind of place. At Concentrix, you get to be seen, be heard and be appreciated.
Diversity and inclusion are interconnected concepts but not interchangeable ones. Diversity includes all the elements that make someone unique. These elements could be social categories, cultural background, physical abilities, religion, or gender. They could also refer to different perspectives and preferences. Inclusion in the workplace refers to creating a work environment where everyone, regardless of their background and diverse characteristics, has equal access to opportunities and resources and is treated fairly and respectfully.
