People Solutions Generalist
Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Concentrix Greece. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our employees and managers, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. You will be involved in various HR functions, from employee onboarding and engagement to supporting organizational change and driving retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
· Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Employee Relations:
· Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
· Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
· Resolve complex employee relations issues and address various concerns.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
· Implement employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and surveys.
· Monitor employee turnover rates and collaborate with management to develop retention strategies.
· Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process, providing requested documents.
HR Policy Implementation:
· Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
· Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
Data Management and Reporting:
· Maintain and update HR databases with employee information and other relevant data.
· Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Support Organizational Change:
· Assist in managing change initiatives, such as restructuring, process improvements, or cultural shifts within the customer engagement interaction center.
· Provide guidance to employees and managers during periods of change to ensure smooth transitions.
Guiding and Supporting Managers:
· Partner with managers in their HR management decisions, including disciplinary actions, absence management meetings, terminations, and ramp-downs.
· Provide support with HR tools and processes to managers.
Improving the Working Environment & Promoting Concentrix Culture:
· Conduct focus groups and one-on-one meetings to gather feedback and propose action plans based on findings.
· Promote and reinforce the Concentrix culture across all levels of the organization.
· Handle internal movement requests and ensure fair treatment and compliance with internal regulations.
Qualifications:
· 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar HR role or relevant studies in Human Resources.
· Proficiency in English (C1 level)
· Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Strong knowledge of PC skills.
· Team-oriented
· Independent, proactive, and adaptable to change.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving the work environment and promoting a positive company culture.
