We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage our cutting-edge projects involving APIs and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing complex technical projects.

Program Management

  • Lead multiple API-driven projects ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and oversee execution from conception to delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure project alignment.

Technical Expertise

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs.

  • Oversee AWS infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot API and AWS-related technical issues and provide strategic solutions.

Risk Management

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.

Continuous Improvement

  • Implement best practices and tools for project management and process improvement.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly with API projects.

  • Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
