Business Intelligence Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain sales performance dashboards (pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn)
• Analyze sales funnel metrics and identify conversion bottlenecks
• Partner with Sales Ops to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline rigor
• Conduct account‑level and territory‑level analyses to support growth strategies
• Deliver regular sales insights for MBRs/QBRs
• Support pricing, discount, and margin analysis
• Work cross‑functionally with: Sales, Finance, Marketing & RevOps
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM and BI systems

Hiring Requirements

• Analytical & Technical

· Advanced SQL

· BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

· Strong Excel / Power Query

· CRM data (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)

· Data modeling & KPI definition

• Business & Sales Acumen (Critical)

· Understanding of:

o B2B sales cycles

o Enterprise vs SMB sales models

o Quotas, territories, pipeline stages

• Ability to challenge sales assumptions with data
