We are seeking a bilingual English and German-speaking individual based in Ireland, to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative.

Apart from being fluent in German (spoken and written language), you’ll also need to have a keen eye for detail and be self-motivated and disciplined. These traits are essential as you’ll be working from home, in Ireland on a full-term, permanent contract.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate empathetically and find solutions proactively by listening what is not being said. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll need a friendly and bubbly personality without compromising on professionalism.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

Establish customer needs to diagnose and resolve problems answer questions
Perform basic troubleshooting using provided scripting and published materials
Use questioning and listening skills to resolve customer queries within stipulated timeframes
Document customer interactions with accurate call logging
Deliver individual performance based on metrics and related targets, such as average handle time, resolution and customer satisfaction
Ensure all customer queries are acknowledged promptly and customers are kept informed throughout the process
Maintain and proactively improve systems, product and competitor knowledge, taking applicable action for improvements
Provide the best possible customer experience at all times

Your qualifications

The ability to work from the comfort of your home or wherever you choose! (Must be based in Ireland)
Excellent communication skills in German and English: verbal, written, listening, probing and reading
Flexibility to work on an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm
A minimum broadband speed of 10mbps and a private/ distraction-free location to work from
The ability to work in a customer-driven environment
The ability to overcome objections and remain calm under pressure
The ability to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach
Strong problem-solving, time management and active listening skills

Good computer, typing, analytical and time management skills
The ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
A spotless record, free from any credit, criminal or disciplinary issues
