Technical Customer Support with Italian - work from Katowice
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customer support (pre-sales and post-sales) for security cameras and system users via calls and chats
- Handling reports regarding the following devices and systems: Wire-Free Security Cameras, Indoor Smart Home Cameras, Security Camera Systems, WiFi/PoE Cameras & NVRs
- Helping customers solve technical issues with their devices
- Collaborate with service engineers to obtain technical support
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Italian at and communicative level (min. B2+)
- Knowledge of English enabling understanding of the training content (min. B1+)
- Interest in new technologies
