Job Description
SOLO New site is growing with other businesses, and we urgently need this resource for providing all the hands and eye support to all the platform teams and project teams. Additionally, this resource will also perform the below task:
- To manage the business across locations
- Ramp up, ramp down and movements within building.
- New floors readiness, renovation work, ECF Clerance and asset management
- BAU activities, reimaging of desktop\ laptop, Windows build upgrade, RFS, outage BRC Call, SCCM compliance controls.
- On-site hand and eye support to platform teams for IT Infra upgrade and replacement.
- Frequent changes in seating to plan resulting in movements to accommodate business requirements.
- Requests from Client IT team for hand and eye support in troubleshooting and setting up of client devices.
this resource will also perform the below task:
