Concentrix is looking for a Scrum Master. This is a Full-time position and you must be located in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Scrum Master is responsible for being a Coach, Facilitator and Servant Leader for their assigned Agile Scrum team(s). They will continually look for ways the team can improve and will be able to encourage growth through cultivating strong relationships and trust. The Scrum Master owns the process for the team and creates balance with the Product Owner and the Technical Product Manager. Foremost, they demonstrate servant leadership by ensuring the scrum team has the resources they need, are shielded from distractions and interruptions, and works to remove impediments along the way. The Scrum Master will be responsible for budget and sprint status reporting (burn up/burn down) when a delivery manager or project manager is not assigned to the effort.
In this role you will work directly with business stakeholders, the product managers, and the architects to ensure that architecture designs are sufficiently implemented for the emerging technology solutions and guide the Scrum team through the development lifecycle.
As a Scrum Master you'll have the responsibility to:
- Help teams self-organize and self-manage.
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, estimation, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, burndown tracking and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Work collaboratively with Business and IT partner teams to support development and software delivery.
- Assist the Product Owner and Technical Product Manager in user story creation/prioritization and product Backlog grooming via emergent requirements.
- Ask difficult questions, removes impediments, and makes issues and problems visible. Escalates as necessary.
- Ensure development team is working efficiently towards Sprint goals.
- Coach the development team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum practices at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
- Ensure cross functional coordination (analysts, developers, and testers) is occurring early and often.
- Recommend improvements and assists in changes to best practice.
- Identify and manage issues and jeopardies with a clear grasp of the challenges/options until resolved.
- Mitigate all risks and issues "real-time", executing resolutions on demand.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams with diverse personalities, during high pressure scenarios, within extremely tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate awareness of Agile technology practices (e.g., Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration).
- Demonstrate ability to analyze project issues and challenges and proactively define alternatives.
- Demonstrate ability to work closely with delivery teams to establish expectations and ensure tasks remain on track.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Budget management.
- Identify/track/resolve dependencies and resolve all the impediments for the team.
- Track feature/capability completion
- Defects management:
- Assigned to Scrum Master.
- Provide support meetings to address defect resolution.
- Release co-ordination (understand scope of the release, communication pertaining to release, ensure all the pre-requisite tasks have been closed prior to the release).
- Keep all parties on track and informed.
Work Experience Required:
- 4-7 years of Experience in Agile development including coaching on Agile methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures, and technical standards.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (required).
