Job Description

The Tech Support It Ops is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.

Job Description

This is an onsite position located in Queretaro, Mexico

Support in project implementation
Equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory
Inventory control
Installation of equipment for new accounts or projects. (new site)
Equipment configuration
Incident resolution according to SLA
Safety of computer equipment
Repair of computer equipment
Maintenance of computer equipment

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with three to five years of relevant experience
And meet timelines on deliverables
Knowledge in the management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration.
Knowledge in PC Maintenance.
Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
