• Clear criminal and Credit record (Essential)
• French & English Proficiency, both written and spoken (Essential)

Expectations

• Onboard new business customers, build strong relationships, and promote adoption of our clients' procurement solutions.
• Understand client needs to offer flexible payment terms, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier options that support operational goals.
• Guide clients in using analytics tools to improve visibility, control spending, and make data-driven procurement decisions.
• Assist clients in integrating digital purchasing tools with their systems to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Monitor account health, usage, and savings, providing regular updates and insights to drive continued client success.
• Conducting outbound calls to businesses using structured contact lists
• Independently managing prospect data and proactively identifying and maximising business opportunities
• Performing administrative tasks to ensure compliance with internal processes and operational standards
• Skilled in engaging with gatekeepers to build rapport and effectively navigate conversations toward reaching key decision-makers
