Your daily activity will be divided into two parts:

• Customer Interaction in English
• Quality Audit in Czech

What you'll do as a Customer Advisor/Quality Auditor Associate?

• Handling customer requests regarding a wide range of sports products via phone and chat

• Monitors, evaluates and / or audits a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods including email

• Providing accurate information and maintaining detailed case notes

• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction

• Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets

If you:

• Have a B2 level оf Czech and English

• Are customer service-oriented

• Have excellent communication skills

• Have strong typing and PC skills

• Are analytical and problem-solving oriented
