Consultant – Transformation & Consulting Service
The role
As a Consultant, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high quality client outcomes across transformation, data, and technology enabled consulting engagements. You will work within project teams to analyse problems, develop insights, shape recommendations, and support delivery — building your consulting capability while contributing directly to client impact.
This role is suited to someone who is analytically strong, curious, and developing confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct structured research, analysis, and data exploration to understand client challenges
- Develop hypotheses, insights, and recommendations based on evidence and sound judgement
- Contribute to client interviews, workshops, and working sessions
- Build clear, well-structured content for client presentations, governance packs, and proposals
- Present findings and outputs to clients with support from senior team members
- Take ownership of defined workstreams or tasks within larger projects
- Support implementation of recommendations and track progress against plans
- Work closely with project leads, consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver outcomes on time and to quality

- Experience in consulting, professional services, or a comparable analytical or delivery environment
- Strong analytical capability, including working with data and drawing meaningful insights
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop high-quality presentation and written content with guidance
- Confidence working with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Curiosity, learning mindset, and interest in industry trends and new ways of working
