  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts across industries (e.g., company background, size, revenue, structure, decision-makers).  

  • Build and maintain detailed account profiles to support sales outreach. Segment and categorize accounts based on defined criteria (industry, size, potential value, etc.).  

  • Identify key stakeholders, buying signals, and potential opportunities within assigned accounts.  

  • Validate and update data in CRM systems.  

  • Ensure accuracy of contact details (emails, phone numbers, job titles).  

  • Perform regular data cleansing to remove duplicates and outdated records. Maintain high data quality standards to improve sales efficiency and reporting accuracy.  

  • Assist in converting data for system upload involves transforming raw information into structured format.  

  • Maintain and manage CRM/database systems with up-to-date and structured information.  

  • Ensure proper tagging and documentation in CRM. 

  • Generate reports on data quality, account coverage, and profiling progress.  

  • Recommend improvements to data processes, tools, and research methodologies.  

  • Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency in data handling.  

  • Manage pre-qualification of leads / partner campaign when assigned. This includes calling leads, gather interest and fix a meeting for Inside Sales Account Managers to follow up.  

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager from time to time.
