Job Description

To ensure the expansion of our Welcome and Support Center we are looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist.  

The Welcome and Support Centre provides technical support and replacement parts logistic support for one of Concentrix’s major customers 

 

So, what’s the role all about? 

  • Handling Clients Technical requests by phone and chat 

  • Providing Hardware and Software support to the utilized multifunctional devices 

  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction 

  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support 

  • Ensuring that all Service level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently

Our top candidate has: 

  • Fluency in Italian and working level of English 

  • Basic Troubleshooting skills 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs 

  • Ability to present complex information in a simple way
