What the role looks like:  

  • Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling/renewing products/services.  

  • Offer upsell opportunities.  

  • Work within the dedicated territory for clients.   

  • Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast.  

  • Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound.  

  • Promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviors and accelerating the customer's time to value.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve superior customer experience.  

  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner.  

  • The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm 

  

 

Your profile:  

  • Fluent level of German and English - both written and spoken.  

  • Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.  

  • Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.  

  • Experience working with MS Dynamics CRM or similar will be an advantage.  

  • Keen on new technologies.  

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
