Job Description
The Poly Inside Sales Specialist is assigned, as a Specialist overlay to set of named accounts in Corporate, Enterprise, Mid-Market (CEM) and Public Sector segments, which are managed by PS End User Sales (PS ISR/PS IAM)
The Poly Inside Sales Specialist is an overlay to PS End User Sales.
The Poly Inside Sales Specialist works with the PS End User Sales Reps to grow the Poly Personal and Room solutions business, in both transactional and contractual spaces - by focusing on business development activity, End User skill-set development, customer engagement, and day-to-day sales activities.
1.Grow Poly business - Delivering the Inside Sales Business Plan, implementing strategy, enablement, and education.
2.Ensure PS End User Sales Reps are equipped in terms of Poly solution knowledge (delivers training, coaching sessions in relation to products and proposition positioning / outcome-based selling approach) .
3.Support PS End User Sales Reps during their customer engagements - Participates, as the Poly Specialist during customer/partner meetings.
4.Expediates Sales Cycle - Assists the PS End User Sales Rep, in project management, pricing, solutioning, negotiations and sale closure.
5.Territory strategy planning & management – Supports PS End User Sales Reps to increase Poly coverage within the territory,, strategic account business planning, account profiling, cross-sell opportunity detection and forecasting etc.
6.Category & District Manager SPOC – Acts as the Single Point of Contact, to provide feedback (customer / partner experience, initiative proposals, pricing support, challenges and support required etc).
7.Co-Ordination of activity with Poly BDR (where applicable), to maximize output from this activity.
8.Post Sales – Manage overall customer experience
9.Leverage LSN and other tools for customer profiling and network expansion
