Job Description

The Advisor I, Blended Support position interfaces with customers via inbound calls/chats/emails, outbound calls/chats/emails, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Samsung customers via calls, e-mails, and chats. You will provide remote technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung customers in Russian and Estonian language.

For you to flourish in this role, the most important thing is to have the motivation to deliver good customer service. And to actually communicate with customers, it's important that you are fluent in Estonian language (C1 level spoken/ written), have good command of English and Russian (B2 level) and have interest in technology.

We are offering:

- Hourly rate, 8,27 Euros / Gross

- Temporary contract 1 year with possibility to extend

- Expenses subsidy of 60 Euros / NET a month to cover different personal expenses for phone, internet, parking and sports

- Extended health insurance

- Opportunity work in our offices in Tallinn or Tartu

- Paid training and support from day 1 to make sure you reach your best potential

- Work in shifts, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM till 19:00 PM (work in 8,5 h shifts)
