Job Description
Principle responsibilities:
• Organize and manage the work of the training project, plan, organize and coordinate personnel’s English language training for the client and, if necessary, other employees within the company;
• Analyse personnel’s general or professional language knowledge and skills;
• Prepare teaching materials and a training plan in accordance with work’s specifics.
- Help employees realize their potential;
- Translate various types of documents and materials within the department, English-Russian and vice versa;
- Establish a positive, motivating learning environment;
- Participate in the monitoring of working hours spent for trainings and absences and ensure discipline in the group;
- Supplement, update, modify materials (tests, study materials, practical tasks, activities, etc.) to increase quality of learning;
- Provide students with regular knowledge evaluation and feedback to monitor students' progress and motivation;
- Respect and fulfil orders that is given by the appointed Project Manager or managing stuff;
- Attend specified training, organized by Concentrixp or client, in order to develop professional work and individual standards, to improve skills of business relationship with personnel and client;
- Respect and fulfil single management tasks and orders, participate in administrative or office work duties, which comply with company’s growth and effective daily activity targets;
- Work to achieve targets in all areas, highlighting development needs to Human Resource Manager where required in order to keep them informed of training/ coaching input needed;
- Attend the premises on time to begin work at the agreed time;
- Write and compile detailed reports on request.
Salary : EUR 1500.00 per month Gross
