Project Coordinator (TCF)

Program Coordinator:

During the SOW Term, Contractor will provide Services and Deliverables as agreed with Google from

time to time, including but not limited to the following:

● Lead and manage the execution of Google for Startups programs, including remote and/or

onsite programs, with the goal to provide the best of Google’s education, connections and

mentoring to startups.

● Work cross functionally to discover and develop opportunities to collaborate with other teams to

bring content to Startups.

● Track, measure and report the results and key learnings of programs, office hours, events and

activities in the GFS CRM.

● Work closely with key partners outside and inside Google.

● Assist with hosting events. Services in relation to such assistance may have to be provided by

Contractor during evening hours.

● Learn about the Google for Startups community and the wider ecosystem inside and out.

● Be the main PoC for Google’s Campus Warsaw initiatives, oversee collaboration with event

agencies and other campus partners.

Key Skills Required, candidate profile:

• A good understanding and grasp of project management tools and practices; experience developing and/or tracking a project with is an advantage, RACI, Agile, Asana
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time-management skills and should be deadline and closure oriented
• Strong attention to detail and should be extremely facts and data oriented
• Preference for a fast-paced, matrixed team environment
• Exceptional multi-tasking ability
• Positive/pleasant attitude with ambition to learn and develop
• Strong discipline to work independently and remotely, as necessary
• Ability to influence people (internal/external customers, Operations)
• Ability to cope with the intensive mode of several projects taking place simultaneously
• Take responsibility for the project and lead it with limited support
• Ability to work in small but very agile teams, but also understanding the complexity of large organizations
• Availability to work On Site in Warsaw -ul. Plac Konesera 
• Experience in Project Management would be an advantage
• Fluency in English language
• This is a temporary position until the end of the year
