They possess advanced skills in data modelling, ETL, coding and creating data pipelines, with functional awareness of platforms like Azure and Google Cloud alongside emerging technologies such as machine learning and generative AI capabilities. They have mastery of advanced analytics tools, proficiency in SQL, SMSed developing Python and R knowledge.Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Data
Mastery in data mining, handling of large structured and unstructured dataset, data modelling, data hygiene, transformation, data processing and associated processing efficiencies alongside GDPR, Infosec principles and deep understanding of broader tech stack requirements for large and potentially complex global data solutions
Toolkit Development
Mastery and innovator in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI (Dax, Mquery), SQL (SSMS), Power Automate, , Azure Databricks, API integration and standard ETL practices
UX Design & Delivery
Mastery in translating data solutions into intuitive and impactful client and operational reporting, analytical and scorecard dashboards in a manner consistent with best practice while driving continued development of existing and future state toolkit vs emerging technologies and visualisation methodologies and normalising of best practices to ensure consistency and handling efficiencies
Innovation & Development
Mastery in driving continued iteration of existing and emerging requirements to drive the most efficient and effective solutions that drive the most value and end user experiences which includes backend systems and processes and front end toll kit and development applications
Autonomy & Self-management:
Mastery in managing and creating collective workstack to ensure delivery and accurate expectation setting while flagging risks with relevant customers / stakeholders
Analysis - Discipline
Mastery across analytical disciplines encompassing qualitative and quantitative, trend and variation, productivity, customer experience and voice of the customer surveying, customer journey, scorecards and glidepaths, root-cause, what-if, benefits and opportunity sizing, interrogation reconciliation and stabilising of data, speech and text, forecasting, predictive modelling, propensity, sentiment, Gen AI, machine learning with an overarching application for statistical discipline to drive consistent efficiency and accuracy
Analysis - Narrative & Presentation
Mastery and driver of best practice in translating complex data into logical and compelling stories that satisfy client and operational needs to articulate day-to-day tactical and strategic opportunities that are actionable and delivered in a simple, clear and impactful way through the use of plain language and creative use of visualizations aligned to toolkit development best practice
Relationship Management
Mastery and sound relationship/ stakeholder management throughout internal, operational and associated support areas alongside an ability to foster client relationships to secure the necessary POCs for the provision of all data and analytical dependencies as a driver of deeper partnerships and strategic growth
Tactical, Strategic & Commercial Awareness
Mastery in driving tactical and strategic objectives to incorporate key factors such as contractual goals, targets, commercials and potential growth opportunities whether through operational performance management or broader account development into day-to-day delivery and potential transformation or advanced analytical, gainshare opportunities

Mastery in managing the workstack of L1, L2 and L3 analysts to ensure quality and cadence of output vs client and operational expectations through comprehensive alignment of objectives into individual KRAs and ongoing development pathways which will necessitate responsibility for skills assessment, L&D, career development and resourcing vs capacity risk mitigation that will include recruitment and onboarding activity

Insight enabling data optimization:
Assuming responsibility for Analyst (L1 > L3) and multiple account delivery covering advanced data modelling and automated pipeline management. This includes helping to augment data optimization strategies, ensuring data governance within complex environments (including GDPR and compliance risk assessment) that is future-proofed. Ensure actionable insights are enabled and aligned to account scope and growth potential while allocating resources and fostering a data-centric mindset.
KPI benchmarking & target qualification:
Assuming responsibility for Analyst (L1 > L3) and multiple account delivery of KPI gathering, validation and baselining alongside the creation of customized metrics in-line with governance processes and broader strategic, commercial objectives tied to enhanced value-add insight integration in support of client, operational and account management objectives.
Performance management
Assuming responsibility for Analyst (L1 > L3) and multiple account delivery of KPI variances analysis, including Call Volumes, What-if scenarios, Demand, Channel Optimization, Response Time Metrics, Quality Assurance Trends, Productivity Optimization, Forecasting, Predictive Modelling, Machine Learning and AI, Survey Analysis, VOC and CX Journey Mapping, Text and Speech analytics and automated and scalable toolkit development.
Continuous improvement & benefits tracking
Assuming responsibility for Analyst (L1 > L3) and multiple account delivery as a central control point to develop CI strategies through sustained actionable insights. Synthesis of complex data will enable impact sizing, cost/benefit evaluation and CX, while enforcing data integrity and validity of content into senior operational and client spaces to promote growth opportunities through a proactive strategic CI mindset.
Commercial performance (RnR) tracking and route cause
Assuming responsibility for Analyst (L1 > L3) and multiple account delivery of comprehensive commercial integration, including exposure assessment and target benchmarking while capturing and validating all potential reward and gainshare opportunities from associated resources into strategic conversations.
WBR, MBR business Review support with summary findings and recommendations
Assuming responsibility for Analyst (L1 > L3) and multiple account collation of insight content for WBR, Brand QBR senior conversations. This includes the presentation of BAU findings, advanced analysis output and gathering of actions, next steps and alignment to strategic insight development.
