The Technical Representative, IT Operations will provide technical support to the organization's staff. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, software and computer peripherals. You will escalate issues to ensure tickets/incidents are resolved according to SLAs. This position is to work at our site located in Rincon Santos, Bello, Antioquia. This position will report to the Supervisor, IT Operations.

Responsibilities:

Review requests and incidents that enter our management platform, in order to achieve a solution to the collaborator and compliance in a given time with the escalations to the area.

Facilitate solutions to the different inconveniences that arise in the equipment and/or applications, with the purpose of guaranteeing the performance in the operation and that their time slot is not affected.

Ensure the software and hardware installations, with the objective of achieving the fulfillment of the activities in the company and the functions of the operation.

Report anomalies that occur in the links used by the company, in order to ensure that the area in charge provides an immediate solution to the problem presented by the operation.

Examine software and hardware problems, to ensure the report to the areas in charge and/or corresponding suppliers for failures and warranties of the company's equipment.

Perform periodic maintenance to the installed equipment, in order to ensure the optimal performance of the company's technological equipment.

Compliance with our KPIs which must lead to an agile, timely and friendly service.

24 * 7 rotating shifts.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of technical support experience.

Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Science or any related career.

Knowledge in configuration management of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.

Knowledge in PC maintenance and repair.

Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule
