As a Customer Engineer (Power Platform) at Concentrix you will be working with customers to design & develop tailored Power Apps solutions. An ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Apps, particularly Canvas apps, and governance of the platform.
You Will:
- Focus on governance strategies and best practices for creating Power Apps.
- Collaborate with customers to design and develop tailored Power Apps solutions.
- Provide guidance on Power Platform governance strategies and controls.
- Configure and optimize solutions within Power Apps Studio and Power Platform Admin Center.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Power Apps and related technologies.
- Develop and implement governance strategies tailored to organizational needs.
You Have:
- 4-8 years of technical knowledge in Power Platform governance, administration, and development.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in navigating and configuring the Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence starter kit.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform technologies.
- Intermediate to expert level experience in Power Platform solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively.
Salary:
The on-target earnings range is $91,457- $137,186, which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies. The deadline to apply for this position is December 16, 2024.
