Senior Full Stack Developer with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Expertise
Responsibilities:
- Frontend & Backend Development: Lead the development of both frontend and backend components of web applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
- AEM Platform Integration: Customize and integrate AEM components, ensuring that the platform is utilized effectively for content management and delivery.
- API Design & Integration: Design and implement efficient and secure RESTful APIs. Ensure seamless integration with other systems and third-party services.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with onshore and offshore teams, managing communication and coordination across different time zones. Drive alignment on technical goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Actively identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring that all applications are scalable, fast, and highly available.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation for code, technical processes, and system configurations. Use tools like Jira, AppDynamics, GitLab, and Splunk for effective project management and monitoring.
Requirements:
- Frontend Development: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with frontend technologies including AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Ability to build responsive, scalable, and interactive user interfaces.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe CQ. Experience integrating, customizing, and developing components within AEM is essential. Familiarity with AlpineJS is a plus.
- Full Stack Development: Proven experience in Full Stack development, with proficiency in Angular 9 or later, TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Spring Boot, and Alpine.js. Comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers to build complete, high-performance web applications.
- Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile practices, with experience working in Agile teams. Ability to collaborate in sprints, standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Expertise in using GitLab for version control, branching, and collaboration with distributed teams. Familiar with tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- REST API Development: Solid experience in developing, consuming, and testing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with tools like Postman for API testing and documentation.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (including developers, designers, business analysts, and product managers). Strong communication skills and a proven track record of influencing team efforts to achieve results.
- System Performance & Reliability: Experience in managing, developing, and scaling highly available systems. Expertise in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, optimizing application performance, and ensuring system reliability and scalability.
- Caching & API Management: Familiarity with Redis for caching and Apigee Proxy for API management and routing.
- Technical Leadership: Proven leadership experience in guiding technical discussions, making architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers. Able to navigate complex technical problems and lead teams towards effective solutions.
- User-Centered Design: Experience with user-centered analysis, translating user requirements into technical solutions. Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Technical Documentation: Strong documentation skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive, clear, and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in tools like Jira, GitLab, AppDynamics, and Splunk for issue tracking, performance monitoring, and system diagnostics.
Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $$91,457- $137,186 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
