What you will do in this role

As Controlling Associate Director, you will:
- Coordinate the month end control with all experts from Accounting, Treasury & Tax, FP&A in various spans of control.
- Own the communication of the month end and forecast reporting to the group.
- Optimize forecast processes while ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines.
- Identify key performance indicators and improvement opportunities, while diving into the details to maximize financial outcomes.
- Formalize processes and leverage tools to enhance consolidated reporting and overall performance.
- Bring expertise gained in industry or audit environments to identify and implement effective cost management solutions.
- Manage and inspire a team of two direct reports and eight indirect reports. Acting as a mentor, you will support your team in developing their technical skills and achieving their professional goals.
- Partner with teams in North & West and Indian Ocean to align their practices with global objectives.

Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have at least 10 years of solid experience, including time spent in Transaction Services including M&A consulting with a strong Audit background and a role in industry (preferably automotive or a related sector).
- Proven expertise in financial consolidation, with the ability to thrive in demanding environments and deliver accurate results under pressure.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level), essential for collaborating effectively on an international scale. French-Speaking: Native level is a must.
- Demonstrated agility, proactivity, and a positive attitude, with a talent for mobilizing teams and stakeholders.
- A balance of ambition, humility, and resilience, enabling you to navigate challenges with confidence.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to maintain a strategic overview while addressing detailed operational matters.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have demonstrable Project Management certifications and/or Experience.
- Have “Big 4” Audit experience
