Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Calling Marketing Consultant to enhance our outreach efforts in an automotive recall program. The primary objective of the role is to contact vehicle owners with open recalls, encouraging them to schedule necessary repairs, Additionally, the Consultant will update vehicle information, especially when dealing with businesses and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

 

Customer Outreach:

·         Contact vehicle owners with open recalls

·         Clearly communicate the importance of the recall and provide information on the repair program.

·         Assist customers in booking repair appointments over the phone.

Business and Insurance Outreach:

·         Engage with businesses and insurance companies to verify vehicle status based on records.

·         Encourage business and insurance companies to facilitate the recall repair, providing assistance with the booking process.

Data Collection and Update:

·         Utilize provided call data lists to contact relevant entities and gather accurate information.

·         Document collected information accurately in provided files for database updates.

Team Collaboration:

·         Attend internal team meetings and client calls as required to provide status updates and overviews.

·         Collaborate effectively with the data team to ensure seamless communication and data updates.

·          

Candidate Profile:

 

·         Excellent communication skills

·         High School Diploma a requirement

·         Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

·         Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.

·         Dependable with strong attention to detail

·         Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.

·         Strong investigative skills to gather accurate information during customer interactions.

·         Ability to ask probing questions regarding data to capture detailed vehicle status updates.

·         Previous experience in outbound calling or customer service preferred.

·         Proficient in using call scripts, ability to update data records along with strong Excel

Key Performance Metrics:

·         Target of approximately 40-50 calls per day

·         Emphasis on call resolution and data accuracy over the quantity of calls.

· Other duties as assigned.
