Your Typical Day:

As a Sales Associate, you will be working with users who encounter difficulties in creating an account or never used their account. You will identify and overcome basic objections to retain the customer. For example, users who have completed their registration but did not make a deposit, users who have made deposits only after the registration, inactive users.

What You Need:

• Fluency in Bulgarian, both written and verbal

• Good command of English, both written and verbal

• Excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales related software

• Tech- savvy with the ability to quickly learn

• Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and customer preferences

• Previous experience in a customer service center or in a sales position is an advantage
