What the role looks like:
We’re currently looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join one of our accounts. You’ll be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts.
- Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling and renewing various products/services.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline by tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls and meetings to understand client requirements and communicate how our solution can meet their business and technical needs.
- Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound.
- Initiate steps to help customers with any concerns/roadblocks that prohibit satisfaction or product usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes and achieve client satisfaction.
- Maintaining our customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner.
- This is a Hybrid position within Sofia or Varna, with a standard working time M/F - 9:00 till 18:00.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal.
- Proven experience working in a B2B customer service or sales environment.
- Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with B2B clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience working with Google Workspace would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success.
