We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cloud Solution Architect/Customer Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies. In this role, you will be the primary technical contact for customers, responsible for advising and consulting Microsoft customers on implementing solutions and ensuring optimal use of Microsoft platforms. Our ideal candidate would have a prior consulting background and mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide expert digital transformation consulting and advisory guidance on technologies such as Data & AI, Azure, Windows Server, Modern Work/M365, BizApps (D365), Security. Each role will vary based on the focused product area for the customer.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions. Technology focus areas will vary by customer.
Implementation: Assist in deploying and configuring Microsoft solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Training: Educate clients about Microsoft technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with Microsoft internal teams to identify opportunities for additional services and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
In-depth knowledge of a Microsoft solutions or product area such as Data & AI, Azure, Windows Server, Modern Work/M365, BizApps (D365), Security
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus.

Presentation Skills: Excellent demonstrated customer service and presentation skills.
The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - 137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
