Description

Title: Lead Program Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite 3 days a week ) Hybrid


As the Lead Program Manager, you will lead the project, ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication across teams. You will play a pivotal role in monitoring program statuses and facilitating the gathering of technical and strategic insights. Your leadership will be critical in synchronizing the efforts across different managerial levels for optimal program performance.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Facilitate tracking of program statuses, risks, mitigation strategies, and change requests (CRs).
•    Monitor the defect queue hourly to ensure timely responses and execute warm hand-offs.
•    Host and lead weekly meetings for the team, providing crucial updates and summarizing insights using Co-pilot post-meeting.
•    Attend various sync meetings with Program Managers, Testing, and Directors to maintain domain coverage.
•    Compile and distribute testing on-call schedules for all team areas weekly.
•    Coordinate gathering technical details for design, business continuity planning, and domain roadmaps with TPMs, Architects, System Analysis, and Development Managers.
•    Participate in team Operation meetings to facilitate connections that improve efficiency and prevent timing conflicts.
•    Attend design meetings to ensure leadership coverage for the team, setting expectations, and involving key leadership figures when necessary.
 
Qualifications:

10+ years experience in Program Management
•    Proven experience in program management or a related field.
•    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and synthesize information from multiple sources.
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
•    Experience in the technology or services sector preferred.
•    Proficiency in managing schedules, risk assessments, and strategic planning.

The base salary range for this position is $106,087 - $166,709 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
