So, what’s the role all about?
Deliver high-touch customer care to users' queries while keeping up the Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
Ensure all customers' questions are addressed accordingly
Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services
Effectively manage time and tasks to ensure the proper procedures are followed
You are the one we’re looking for if you have:
Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
The ability to identify and understand client needs and match their pace
Passion and curiosity for E-commerce products
Previous experience in similar role would be a plus
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent diploma) is an advantage

The ability to choose between Labour contract (4400 PLN/month) or Civil contract (26.19 PLN/hr) with performance-based bonuses
