Your Role: 

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the friendly and professional face of our company, assisting consumers through various channels. Whether addressing complaints, providing information, or engaging on social media, your goal will be to enhance our consumers' experiences as a trusted ally.

You will:

• Use active listening and conversational skills to understand and resolve consumer issues efficiently.

• Give special attention to sensitive cases.

• Develop expertise in our product portfolio and consumer expectations.

• Proactively contribute ideas to improve service quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Empathy and emotional intelligence

• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Proficient in typing and computer skills (MS Office)

• Organized with good decision-making and analytical abilities

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
