Telemarketing/Lead Qualification for HP Indigo/Pagewide Industrial Presses portfolio
The SDR must strive to manage all leads in the process led way aligned to all HP objectives.
The goal is to produce BANT qualified leads that will convert to Sales Appointments for the appropriate HP Indigo/PWP Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Data Prospection. Identify key contacts within accounts and engage by qualifying and following up with full information as per the Qualified Lead Guidelines
- Lead Generation from Outbound External and Internal Data Sources. Leads not always associated to a specific marketing campaign
- Lead Qualification from Inbound Contact Requests and Marketing Campaigns
- Appointment Setting from BANT qualified leads for the Sales Team
- Net New account creation. Expand database of prospects within assigned territory with the correct segmentation.
- Lead Deployment in CRM: Effective Admin Management and Pro-active control of leads
- Lead Exchange Large Format Team: Engage and collaborate with LF team to assess opportunities for cross sell or upsell
- AdHoc Other Tasks within scope of responsibilities aligned to the requests of the HP Country Teams
Requirements:
- Native/Fluency in working country language compulsory, both spoken and written
- Advanced user knowledge Windows environment (good excel knowledge is a must)
- Basic knowledge of CRM management
- Good organizational capacity
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Empathic & enthusiastic personality
- Active listener
- Extremely Motivated
- Flexible & reliable
- Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment
