Job Profile Summary:

We are seeking a passioned and curious Senior Content Strategist to join our fast-growing Gen AI-enabled content delivery team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is Gen AI interested and will lead and manage a team of multiple Gen AI Content Strategists who can help our clients optimize their content for Gen AI-powered futures. As the leader of the content strategist team, you will work with client stakeholders to analyze current state content ecosystems, institute content best practices, identify new governance and delivery opportunities, and represent Concentrix as a strategic content design and delivery partner.

This role requires well-rounded knowledge of content industry best practices as well as emerging digital trends in Gen AI, usability, enterprise-level content management systems, content marketing and content as data. The Senior Gen AI Content Strategist is often deeply involved in the content development process from the outset to completion, so experience with content creation processes and strong writing and editing skills are important.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Solid understanding of Gen AI principles and terminology; you don’t have to be an expert in the tech but need to understand what the technologists are proposing and how to adjust existing content (Sales Enablement, KBs, CMS, LMS, etc.) strategies to work with Gen AI applications and approaches.

·         Defining strategies for developing, managing, and distributing compelling and well-organized content based on a thorough understanding of business objectives, user needs and industry best practices.

·         Understanding and articulating how to take a client from their current state of content to the future state of the content.

·         Analyzing and assessing client’s digital content including auditing, inventories, gap analysis, recommendations, and remediation plans.

·         Consulting with clients to define business objectives, pain points and opportunities related to content.

·         Maintaining high standards of copywriting and copyediting.

·         Producing content classification and tagging systems.

·         Creating custom content publication, migration, and governance workflows.

·         Collaborating with clients to define production processes and governance protocols.

·         Auditing, “chunking,” and general re-purposing of content for Gen AI tool consumption.

·         Solid agency or internal consulting experience is desired.

Required skills:

·         Deep understanding of digital best practices and a passion for emerging trends including Gen AI – bonus points for looking at these emerging technologies though a content creation and management lens.

·         Being curious and experienced in learning new tasks, understanding the drivers behind them and being curious about how tasks are related in the holistic content Gen AI process flow.

·         Familiarity with the latest AI models, their strengths, and weaknesses from a content POV, and how to work with (or around) them.

·         Experience working in enterprise-level content management systems (Sitecore, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) and information architectures required of such systems.

·         Understanding of content-as-data principles and principles of content reuse.

·         Background in user experience, digital publishing, researching, writing/editing and strategy planning.

·         Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences.

·         5-7+ years of Digital Marketing experience, at least 2 years in a lead content strategist role.

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred but equivalent work experience will be accepted also.

·         Ability to segment, organize and architect large content libraries and think through long-term best practices for managing large content catalogs.

·         Ability to communicate complex or demanding subject matter clearly and concisely, either verbally or in written form.

·         Presentation skills and ability to put together compelling, case-making client presentations.

·         Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
